Sparks could be seen regularly bursting out of the TARDIS console. The Doctor was stumbling a little, trying to grasp himself on the railing nearby. He could barely see anything, let alone feel anything. Eventually, the engines’ metallic grinding could be heard. The Doctor pulled a switch, then another switch, then the doors opened. He stepped outside. All the Doctor could tell was that it seemed different. He smelled the air. It was Earth, alright, but it was different. It must have been that new dimensional-travel circuit he installed recently. The TARDIS must have taken him to a different version of Earth.

Around that time, a black hedgehog was walking around, almost enjoying the sights of the city, when he saw the Doctor from a distance, stumbling about, clutching the middle of his chest.

The hedgehog ran to him. “Are you okay?” he asked.

The Doctor looked at him and his face turned from a grimace of pain to a shocked expression. All he could say before he fell face down was “Ah… that explains that….”

The hedgehog checked this man’s pulse. Nothing. He activated his communicator. “Rouge, I just saw someone fall. Can you get him a hospital bed?”

“Right away,” a female voice said.

Just as that happened, strange particles started emanating from the unconscious man. All this hedgehog could see was the hair morphed from gray into long, flowing, chocolate-colored locks. After that, the particles disseminated.

All the hedgehog could say afterwards was “Rouge… can you make that two beds?”
Just something I'd try out. Nothing much. It's gonna be in my Scraps folder for the foreseeable future.
